How long does it take to process my order?

Our MunchiePals kits are made to order with love! Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before your order ships. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your MunchiePal's journey.

Yes! We ship to select international destinations. Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive. We recommend checking around your delivery area, with household members, and with your building's mailroom or front desk. If your package still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.

Are MunchiePals kits beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! Our kits are designed to make crocheting approachable and fun, even if you've never picked up a crochet hook before.

Our kits include the materials needed to create your chosen MunchiePal, along with access to crochet instructions. Please check the individual product description for the exact contents of your kit.

Our MunchiePals are DIY crochet kits, meaning you get to bring your character to life yourself! We don't currently sell completed plushies.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Because our kits are made to order, changes and cancellations may not be possible once preparation has begun.

Because our kits are made to order, sales are generally final. If your kit arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing materials, please contact us so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
